Arctic Monkeys announce biggest ever US show

Arctic Monkeys resumed their European tour in Berlin on November 5 following the recovery of frontman Alex Turner from his unfortunate bout of laryngitis. On the same night, the band’s official website released news of a 2014 United States tour.

Running from January to February, Arctic Monkeys will perform in 12 cities including Miami, Charlotte, and Minneapolis. The tour will also include the band’s biggest headline show in the States so far at New York’s Madison Square Garden on February 8.  Deerhunter, the American five-piece indie rock group, will provide support as the special guests at both the New York and Boston shows.

The earlier cancellation of shows in Glasgow, Birmingham, and Sheffield have all been rescheduled to dates later in November.

If you’ve been affected by the rearrangement, tell us about it below in the comment section.
